move forward

I have learned from many years of company management, that in order to succeed, you must first listen to those that have the necessary information in order to make the most educated decisions. I have good friends with completely differing views, my incumbent included, and I value their opinions as much as those in my comfort zone. Know I will always make decisions based on facts while weighing everyone's ideas, and my negotiation skills are strong which will come into play to reach a consensus. If elected commissioner I will put in the same full time effort and dedication I had in the private sector, in an elected position most have and do consider a part time job.
I don't just want to appeal to the Democratic voters, but rather appeal to those that want to move forward and find a better middle ground together.
